Work-life balance for working parents and carers

Carers and working parents need to balance the competing demands of busy jobs and complicated personal circumstances,

personal circumstances.

In this webinar we look at the realities of life for carers and working parents and identify some strategies that can help when managing work-life boundaries. Acknowledging that this is not always easy, we also look at steps we can take to minimise the risk of burnout.
