About the webinar
It’s often assumed that everyone with the same neurodivergence – such as ADHD or autism – experiences the world in a similar way. But that’s not the case.
What helps one person may not help another, which is why it’s important to think beyond labels and assumptions.
As leading advocate Atif Choudhury says, “The future of neurodiversity inclusion isn’t in disclosure, it’s not even in sharing. It’s about inclusive, accessible support.” In other words, real inclusion means creating environments where people can thrive without needing to prove or explain their differences.
In this webinar, we’ll explore how neurodiversity is experienced differently across groups – from the unique challenges faced by women, to the rise in adult diagnoses. We’ll look at some of the common myths and misunderstandings surrounding neurodiversity, including the question, “Isn’t everyone neurodiverse?”
We’ll also share practical steps teams and individuals can take to make workplaces more accessible for everyone.
