PAM Assist Wellbeing app – changing soon

From 1 August 2025, the PAM Assist Wellbeing app will be replaced by a new platform called Champion Health.

You can still download and use the PAM app until then – just fill out the form below to check your eligibility. But if you're thinking of signing up in the next couple of weeks, you might prefer to wait and get started with the new app when it launches. The transition will be smoother that way.

The minimum age is 18 years. If you’re under 18, you can visit our Kooth app for support with maintaining your wellbeing.

Any data you provide to us via this form will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found here. We may contact you for feedback on your experience with the services, to understand how we can better support your health and wellbeing.

Available until 31 July 2025, the PAM app offers:

  • Relaxation tools for keeping calm
  • Daily tracking of energy and positivity
  • Virtual gym classes for boosting happy hormones
  • Expert resources and guided courses for managing wellbeing
  • Personal self-assessments to better understand your health
  • A webchat service with trained counsellors
