    My Possible Self is a research-led app, which offers a holistic approach to mental health. It can help you to manage anxiety, tackle depression, ease stress and improve sleep.

    Using the learning modules, you’ll discover simple steps you can take that’ll help you to live a happier and healthier life. You can track how you feel each day with the Mood Tracker and highlight activities, places and people that influence your mood, so you can focus on the things that make you feel great and do less of the things that don’t.
