About the webinar
Sandwich generation carers balance caring responsibilities at both ends of the age spectrum. They’re looking after their children while also supporting an older person, often a parent.
An estimated 2.4 million people in the UK are part of this group. Many feel stretched, particularly when caring responsibilities sit alongside a busy job.
In this session, we’ll explore different aspects of sandwich generation carers’ lives and the pressures they face. We’ll also share psychologist-recommended steps that can help carers manage these responsibilities without negatively impacting their health and wellbeing.
We’ll look at the support available through Bank Workers Charity, alongside other sources of information and help.
