About the webinar

We live in a world of constant and accelerating change, and there’s no sign of things slowing down. The difficulty is that major change is happening all around us – in our climate, in the world of politics, and in our technology. Life feels more uncertain than it has in a long time.

In the past, when we’ve felt overwhelmed with change, our work has provided a source of stability and respite. But more recently, the workplace has been as much affected as the other areas of our lives. A recent workplace study found 95% of talent leaders expect their businesses to undergo significant change in the next 12 months. No matter the sector you work in, change is now a given, especially with the introduction of AI.

The problem is that too much change can be exhausting, and that makes resilience a crucial attribute for all of us.

In this webinar, we’ll talk about the concept of change fatigue and how it affects us. We’ll look at how we can maintain our resilience, and identify steps we can take to manage the inevitable uncertainty that change brings.
