About the webinar
When it comes to children’s mental health, there’s no shortage of advice – but often, what parents need most is clarity, reassurance, and a chance to hear from real experts.
In this honest, one-hour panel event, you’ll hear from two experienced counsellors from Relate – Tamara Hoyton and Veronica MacKenna – who specialise in supporting children, young people and families. Together, they’ll explore common concerns around anxiety, stress and emotional wellbeing in children, and offer practical ideas to help you feel more confident as a parent or carer.
Whether your teenager is spending hours alone in their room or you’re just looking for ways to better understand and support your child, this session will help. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and hear what’s worked for other families.
Sign up using the form opposite. If you can’t make the time, sign up anyway and we’ll send you a recording after the event.
