About the webinar
When it comes to children’s mental health, there’s no shortage of advice – but often, what parents need most is clarity, reassurance, and a chance to hear from real experts.
In this honest, one-hour panel event, you’ll hear from two experienced counsellors from Relate – Tamara Hoyton and Veronica MacKenna – who specialise in supporting children, young people and families. Together, they explore common concerns around anxiety, stress and emotional wellbeing in children, and offer practical ideas to help you feel more confident as a parent or carer.
Whether your teenager is spending hours alone in their room or you’re just looking for ways to better understand and support your child, this session will help.
Please note: this webinar discusses sensitive topics, including suicide and domestic abuse. Bank Workers Charity is not a crisis service, but if you are affected and would like advice or guidance, you can speak to our helpline team on 0800 0234 834 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm).
