What is the friendship telephone service?

As we get older, we may find we spend more time on our own. This can sometimes feel lonely, boring, or make us miss friends or family. That’s why we’ve partnered with Age UK to provide group telephone calls for people connected to banking, aged 65 and over, who are affected by loneliness.
