Menopause is a natural life stage – but one that’s often misunderstood, overlooked or even treated as a taboo subject.
Take the symptoms, for example: there are more than 30, spanning physical, cognitive and psychological health – and no two people experience them the same way. That variety often makes menopause more difficult to recognise, discuss and seek support for.
This webinar is designed to break down that confusion and give you the confidence to support someone going through this transition – whether that’s a partner, friend, family member or colleague.
We’ll cover what the terms perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause actually mean, how symptoms can affect daily life and relationships, and practical ways to offer support. This isn’t about seeing menopause as a problem to be fixed – it’s about feeling equipped to listen, empathise and be there to help someone you care about.
There will also be time for an anonymous Q&A – your chance to ask the questions you’ve always wanted answered but never felt able to ask.
