Many of us experience lower energy levels, and less motivation to be active or even leave the house for a walk. In fact, as many as 2 million people, are affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder, a type of depression which is often linked to the reduced exposure to sunlight in autumn and winter.
But just as the seasons change, so too must our own behaviours and habits change with them in order to minimise any detrimental impact to our wellbeing.
