It’s often assumed that everyone with the same neurodivergence – such as ADHD or autism – experiences the world in a similar way. But that’s not the case.

As leading advocate Atif Choudhury says, “The future of neurodiversity inclusion isn’t in disclosure, it’s not even in sharing. It’s about inclusive, accessible support.” In other words, real inclusion means creating environments where people can thrive without needing to prove or explain their differences.

In this webinar, we’ll explore how neurodiversity is experienced differently across groups – from the unique challenges faced by women to the rise in adult diagnoses, and the often-confusing journey parents face when seeking support for their children.

We’ll also share practical steps teams and individuals can take to make workplaces more accessible for everyone.
