About the webinar
From menstruation to menopause, women’s health is being talked about more at work than ever before. But there’s still work to do to create a truly supportive culture where everyone can thrive.
Many organisations now have menopause policies, yet awareness of what support is available – and confidence to ask for it – often remains low. Some women still worry that being open about their experiences could hold them back in their careers or feel uncomfortable sharing what they’re going through.
And while progress on menopause has gathered pace, menstrual health is often swept under the carpet or ignored altogether.
In this panel event, we’ll hear from Wellbeing of Women, NatWest Group and TSB as they share their experiences of building awareness, allyship and support around women’s health at work – and how employers can move make a real difference.
This session isn’t just for women and people who menstruate – it’s open to everyone: managers, wellbeing leads, HR professionals, employee networks and anyone committed to building more inclusive workplaces.
Our panelists:
