We’re here to help bank employees and their families across the UK. We do this by providing advice, information, expert support and, in some cases, financial help.
My client adviser also asked me about my home situation. I told her about how we were all stuck at home, and it wasn’t just getting to me, but how Lauren was also finding it hard to cope.

Kooth provide a free, safe, and anonymous online counselling and wellbeing support service for young people aged 11-18.
This includes 24-hour access to one-to-one chat sessions with a qualified counsellor via drop-in or booked live text-based counselling sessions. Access to live peer-to-peer moderated forums, self-help articles and tools including mood tracking and goal setting, as well as links to further support.
