Digital Project Officer

Responsible to: Head of Digital Engagement

Responsible for: No direct reports

Location: Central London based with hybrid working (minimum two days a week office based for FTE)

Contract type: permanent, part time 4 days per week

Starting salary: £28,070 per annum (£35,088 FTE)

About you

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of digital media, and a proven track record in managing digital projects from inception to completion. You will be inquisitive and analytical with great attention to detail and be at ease communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

About the role

Bank Workers Charity has an ambitious three-year digital roadmap that sees us invest in improvements and optimisation across our digital products. From reviewing how we use our existing tools such as HubSpot and LiveChat, to investigating how to introduce emerging technologies such as AI into our systems and processes, the Digital Project Officer will be at the heart of the digital development of the charity.

The successful candidate will help scope and deliver digital projects, manage the charity’s website, introduce improvements across our portfolio of digital platforms, and champion the user experience of our digital products and services.

They will also lead the technical management of our webinar programme, from planning to evaluation, and support the wider digital team and organisation with research and analysis.
